You will serve as a WORK AND FAMILY LIFE COORDINATOR in the FLEET AND FAMILY READINESS DEPARTMENT of NAVSTA GTMO, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba .
What You'll Do
- →You will review all new and existing Work and Family (WFL) programs and recommend changes to supervisor.
- →You will maximize various forms of service delivery, including virtual services via webinar, video, email, phone and ship aboard to deployed service members.
- →You will collaborate with military and community-based Quality of Life (QOL) strategic partners on executing multi-departmental installation QOL primary prevention events and activities.
- →You will analyze new legislation to determine impact on program operations and management, making program adjustments and/or providing recommendations to the Director, as appropriate.
- →You will develop and thoroughly review standard operating procedures and service delivery process to ensure adherence to laws, policies, certification standards, confidentiality standards, and quality assurance.
- →You will research, write articles, prepare and deliver briefings on programs and services.

- ✓ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This position may be required to travel worldwide, requiring the incumbent to obtain applicable vaccinations per DoD requirements.
