About the Position: U.S. Army Health Clinic Hohenfels is co-located with the Joint Multinational Readiness Center (JMRC) one of the seven directorates falling under the leadership of U.S. Army Europe's 7th Army Training Command and provides quality ambulatory care for more than 6,000 Soldiers and their families, while coordinating and facilitating inpatient and specialty care with nearby German host nation medical facilities and DoD partners. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Serve as Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) providing Mental Health Services and Crisis Intervention for beneficiaries in the mental health program.
- →Provide a full range of clinical services to assess, diagnose, and treat patients.
- →Treat complex personal, family, and environmental problems that predispose to illness or interfere with effective medical care.
- →Serve as a subject matter expert for emergency services and crisis intervention within the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) Mental Health Service.
- →Responsible for the development of new initiatives and programs, and modified or new treatment protocols.
