This is a remote position reporting to the Military Sexual Trauma (MST) Operations Center (OC) under the leadership of the San Juan Regional Benefits Office in Guaynabo, PR. Due to high volume of applicants, the first 75 applicants will receive first consideration. Additional applicants, beyond the first 75, may be considered, upon management 's request. Due to high volume of applicants, not all applicants will be considered.
What You'll Do
- →Typical duties include, but are not limited to: Performs individual quality reviews to determine the authorization quality level of individual VSRs for purposes of individual performance standards in accordance with an established monthly schedule.
- →Conducts focused "in-process reviews" for cases to determine the accuracy of claims action taken.
