This National Guard position is for a TRAINING TECHNICIAN (TITLE 32), Position Description Number D30240000 and is part of the Florida National Guard.
What You'll Do
- →As a Training Specialist, GS-1702-09, you will oversee the Group Training Programs and Subordinate Unit Compliance.
- →This position serves as the Group Unit Training Manager (UTM) and operates under the direction of the Force Support Squadron (FSS) - Force Development Office (FDO).
- →The incumbent acts as the primary advisor to the Group Commander /A-Staff Director on training policy and execution across subordinate units.
- →They lead the planning, development, and evaluation of group-wide education and training initiatives, establishing a cohesive training strategy and ensuring compliance through coordination with subordinate or assigned Unit Training Managers (UTMs).
- →The incumbent provides policy interpretation, as directed through the FDO, from Headquarters (HQ) and Major Command (MAJCOM) levels, ensuring the seamless integration of these policies into all unit-level training programs.
