THIS IS AN ARIZONA NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION This position is in the Excepted Service "under the authority of Title V, P.L. 114-328, Sections 932 and 1084 (FY17 NDAA). This position is part of the AZ 162nd Wing, Arizona National Guard under PDT6380000.
What You'll Do
- →This position is located at the 162nd WG, Tucson, Arizona, in support of the 214th AMXS mission.
- →The position is administratively owned by the FSS, as reflected in the Unit Manning Document (UMD), and falls under the supervisory control of the CSS Superintendent for full-time resource management.
- →The primary purpose of this role is to evaluate and manage the training and education program on behalf of the ANG.
- →The incumbent provides overall oversight and management of the training and educational program, ensuring training compliance, readiness, and career development support across multiple units.
- →The position serves as a liaison between the units they support and the Force Support Squadron (FSS) Force Development Office (FDO), which is the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) for training programs.
- →All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with the Personnel Services Delivery Guide (PSDG) to ensure standardization and compliance with established policies and procedures.
