About the Position: This position is in the Education and Training Department, of the local medical treatment facility Branch Health Clinic (BHC), Norfolk Triad and provides services for five geographically separated clinics.
What You'll Do
- →Incumbent is administrator for Relias and DMHRSi.
- →Incumbent uses administrator access to troubleshoot problems are encountering and guide personnel to completion of requirements.
- →Develops standard operating procedures for the local use of the Defense Medical Human Resources System intranet (DMHRSi), and the Relias computer-based training tools used throughout the branch clinics.
- →The incumbent is responsible for scheduling, promoting, implementing and maintain a comprehensive employee development program.
- →This includes the acquisition and coordination of training in the areas of professional, supervisory, administrative, and management training from both outside and command sources.
- →The incumbent is responsible for ensuring availability of materials, spaces and personnel required to conduct training.
- →The incumbent also provides guidance and assistance to personnel on the broad spectrum of training matters The incumbent provides guidance and assistance to staff members on a broad spectrum of education and training matters.
- →Ensures advancement eligibility requirements and time-in-rate dates are verified and submitted to Personnel Support Detachment so exams will be ordered.
- →Incumbent also ensures worksheets are signed by the deadline and promulgates exam information Performs other duties as assigned
