What You'll Do
- →The primary purpose of this position is: This is an Air Reserve Technician (ART) position.
- →The purpose of the position is to manage the training program within the unit maintenance organization.
- →Manages, plans, and directs the maintenance training program.
- →Manages, implements and oversees all aspects of On-the-Job Training program for maintenance group personnel (ARTs, reservists, civilian employees, supervisors, managers, etc.).
- →Manages special certification training program.
- →Manages unit ancillary training programs.
- →Maintains automated training references.
- →Develop and provide forecasts for training.
- →Conducts formal and informal staff assistance visits to organizations within unit(s).
- →Outlines and directs implementation of the maintenance training programs for supervisors and trainers.
