What You'll Do
- →The primary purpose of this position is: This is an Air Reserve Technician (ART) position.
- →The purpose of the positionis to manage the training program within the unit maintenance organization.
- →DUTY 1: Manages, plans, and directs the maintenance training program.
- →DUTY 2: Manages, implements and oversees all aspects of On-the-Job Training program for maintenance group personnel (ARTs, reservists, civilian employees, supervisors, managers, etc.).
- →DUTY 3: Manages special certification training program.
- →DUTY 4: Conducts formal and informal staff assistance visits to organizations within unit(s).
- →DUTY 5: Manages unit ancillary training programs.
Requirements
- ✓IF USING EDUCATION TO QUALIFY: If position has a positive degree requirement or education forms the basis for qualifications, you MUST submit transcripts with the application.

- ✓An accrediting institution recognized by the U.S.
- ✓Department of Education must accredit education.
