What You'll Do
- →The primary purpose of this position is: As an Enlisted Air Reserve Technician (ART), to evaluate and manage the training and education program on behalf of the assigned group (other than intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) or maintenance) and assist unit training managers within supported units, as needed.
- →Responsibilities: Manages, plans, and directs the maintenance training program.
- →Maintains automated training references.
- →Manages, implements and oversees all aspects of OTJ training program for maintenance group personnel (ARTs, Reservists, civilian employees, supervisors, managers, etc).
- →Manages special certification training program.
- →Monitors and arranges required training specific to maintenance personnel.
- →Develops and provides forecasts for training.
- →Conducts formal and informal staff assistance visits to organizations withing unit(s).
- →Provides managers/supervisors with information regarding training matters for which incumbent is responsible.
- →Manages unit ancillary training programs.
- →Outlines and directs implementation of the maintenance training programs for supervisors and trainers.
