The purpose of this position is to evaluate and manage the training and education program on behalf of the assigned Group Organization ( e.g. Mission Support Group, Operations Group, Medical Group & Maintenance Group) and assist Unit Training Managers within subordinate units, as needed.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, leads, and controls the Group training program and assists Unit training programs as needed to ensure combat readiness.
- →Assist with processing of all Career Development Course (CDC) waivers, reenrollment requests and two-time CDC failures for the Group and subordinate units.
- →Administers Training and Distance Learning Programs.
- →Responsible for overall management of OJT program for the Group and oversight of subordinate unit's OJT program.
- →Managers the development of education and training instructional products.
- →Plans, directs, organizes, and coordinates operations of the Advance Distributed Learning, and multimedia education and training programs.
- →Monitors the overall accuracy and reliability of all data entered into and maintained in Personnel Data System (PDS).
- →Plans, organizes, leads and controls the Developmental Education Board and Reserve School Selection Board process for the Group's and subordinate unit's officers on an annual basis.
