About the Role

Joining the Secret Service, Office of Field Operations, National Computer Forensics Institute will allow you to to perform analysis of various types of training program's objective to ensure the programs meet the goals and objectives of the organization. What You'll Do

  • The selectee will serve as a Training Program Analyst in the Office of Field Operations, National Computer Forensics Institue.
  • Typical work assignments include: Coordinating, analyzing, evaluating, and improving extensive training to ensure it meets program objectives and all applicable regulations.
  • Presenting operational requirements and plans related to educational equipment, systems, and new materials to evaluate training proposals and objectives.
  • Evaluating training programs for effectiveness, efficiency and alignment with course objectives.
  • Researching any issues/deficiencies to make recommendations regarding the overall execution of these subprograms.
  • Analyzing operational training programs and their interrelationships to conduct needs analysis and studies of current and project Division-wide programs.
  • Performing quality assurance via surveys, after action reviews, and other evaluation instruments to measure training effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Citizenship is required.
  • Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered for Selective Service.

  • Unofficial transcripts will be accepted that includes your name, the name of the educational institution, course title(s), number of credits, grade, and date of completion.
  • An official transcript will be required if you are selected.
