This Training Instructor position is in Environmental Management services at the VA Medical Center, located at the W.G. Hefner VAMC in Salisbury NC.
What You'll Do
- →The incumbent serves as a Training Instructor providing on-going training service and instruction for EMS's Training Program.
- →Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Collaborates with EMS managers to develop a waste management automated tracking system to record performance inspections.
- →Ensures data entry requirements are reflected using "competency question and answers" for portion of each inspection and reviews conducted by service supervisors. - Makes necessary modifications to training courses and recommends modifications for well-established programs.
- →Obtains and adapts as needed, instructional materials as needed. - Other duties as assigned.
- →Work Schedule: Monday -Friday 7:00 am -3:30 pm , may also work 2nd & 3rd shift Virtual: This is not a virtual position.
