You will serve as a TRAINING INSTRUCTOR in the Production Resources Department (Code 900), Production Workforce Development and Resource Manager (Code 9008), Consolidated Training Division (900T), Apprentice/Helper to Worker Training Branch (Code 900T3) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
What You'll Do
- →You will modify teaching approach for deficiencies of specific individuals.
- →You will develop training schedules.
- →You will prepare lesson plans and training materials based on course objectives.
- →You will conduct the training and assesses progress of students in meeting desired objectives, including advising and assisting them to improve their performance.
- →You will keep abreast of changing administrative and technical requirements.
- →You will maintain training records and develop training reports.
