You will serve as a Training Specialist at the GG-12 grade level responsible for creating and executing short and long-term training plans, perform program analysis, and implement continuous process imporvement with inNIOC/CNO ACTIVITY.
What You'll Do
- →You will manage program instruction development to ensure compliance with higher authority instructions.
- →You will manage Cyber Mission Force work role qualification programs You will supervise and administer a training program.
- →You will develop and review training/course materials, aids, devices, etc., and evaluation of training results.
- →You will manage recurring and ad hoc operational readiness reporting in a variety of databases.
