About the Position: Works under the general supervision of the Training Services Branch Chief, who provides overall objectives, goals and priorities. Independently plans and carries out training sessions within prescribed course framework.
What You'll Do
- →Conducts studies to analyze mission objectives, policies, work operations and progress, resources estimates and usage of any other associated aspects of operating programs.
- →Operates simulators, such as Call For Fire Trainer, EST 2000, CDT, HEAT and various components of the MILES/TADSS program in support of customer training.
- →Performs training support and services for the customer base in training instruction, training requirements in support of peacetime and train up for deployment, property accountability, and preventive maintenance.
- →Makes recommendations on format and design for classroom materials or briefing items.
