The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Technical Training Instructor performing all technical training instructor classroom-related activities, course curriculum development, modification, and/or revision efforts in enlisted initial skills, and/or supplemental Technical Training courses in support of the Radar, Airfield and Weather Systems (RAWS) courses.
What You'll Do
- →Instructs students through assigned blocks of instruction at basic levels in the RAWS courses.
- →Acts as the SME for RAWS course materials to help ensure they meet career field training requirements.
- →Plans, develops, executes, and evaluates a comprehensive and effective training program.
- →Maintains professional and technical proficiency and accomplishes special projects related to specialty area, to include staff surveillance visits to various training activities.
