About the Position: This position is located in the Education Department at Army Medical Center Madigan . The work involves coordinating and instructing a training program designed for the 68D (OR technician) Phase II program to all new 68D (OR Technician) medical personnel assigned to the US Army. Advance in Hire may be authorized. This is available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as a primary Phase 2 clinical director for the 68D Operating Room Specialist Program.
- →Responsible for independent planning, designing, and carrying out the program, projects, and studies in accordance with governing regulations and policies Oversees student’s onboarding, in-processing, and academic progress monitoring.
- →Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
- →Participates in in-service refresher training sessions to learn the latest procedures, processes, and practices in the OR and central materiel service as the course curriculum.
- →POI evolves that will enable the incumbent to apply the best design and most effective instruction to students.
