You will serve as a TRAINING INSTRUCTOR in the MARINER SKILLS TRAINING CENTER PACIFIC (MSTCPAC) of SURFACE WARFARE OFFICERS SCHOOL.
What You'll Do
- →You will instruct staff and students on all facets of Navigation, Seamanship, and Ship handling (NSS), Bridge Resource Management (BRM), RADAR Fundamentals, Automated RADAR Plotting Aid (ARPA), and Leadership.
- →You will operate Ship handling simulators and other computer-based training systems as training tools, simultaneous with the provisions of instruction and competency assessment.
- →You will define and establish instructional and student performance requirements and standards in alignment with Fleet Skill Objects, Human Capital Objects, and Navy Mission Essential Task Lists (NMETLS).
