The primary purpose is to serve as an Instructional Methods Training Instructor performing all training instructor classroom-related activities, while supporting course curriculum development, modification, and/or revision efforts in initial skills, advanced, and/or supplemental training courses utilizing curriculum IAW Air Education & Training Command instructions.
What You'll Do
- →Instructs students through assigned blocks of instruction at basic and/or advanced technical/administrative levels of faculty development instruction courses.
- →Researches, develops, revises and recommends updates to faculty development course materials in accordance with established learning objectives.
- →Plans, develops, executes, and evaluates a comprehensive and effective training program.
- →Maintains professional and technical proficiency and accomplishes difficult, but well precedented special projects related to specialty area, to include staff surveillance visits to various training activities.
