The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as an Instructional Methods Training Instructor performing all training instructor classroom-related activities, while supporting course curriculum development, modification, and/or revision efforts in initial skills, advanced, and/or supplemental training courses utilizing approved curriculum.
What You'll Do
- →Instructs students through assigned blocks of instruction at basic and/or advanced technical/administrative levels of faculty development instruction courses.
- →Researches, develops, revises and recommends updates to faculty development course materials in accordance with established learning objectives.
- →Plans, develops, executes, and evaluates a comprehensive and effective training program.
- →Maintains professional and technical proficiency and accomplishes difficult, but well precedented special projects related to specialty area, to include staff surveillance visits to various training activities and oversight of the Master Instructor program while serving as a mentor to technical training instructors.
