You will serve as a TRAINING INSTRUCTOR (FPN-68 RADAR_ILS) in the Air Traffic Control Department of NAVAL AIR TECHNICAL TRAINING CENTER.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as an Air Traffic Control Electronics Maintenance Instructor responsible to the Air Traffic Control Maintenance Training Officer for course of instruction of the AN/FPN-68 Radar and the AN/GRN-33 Instrument Landing System (ILS).
- →You will implement skills in basic electronics to include transistor theory, motors/servos, and six-step logical troubleshooting techniques.
- →You will use computer systems and software applications in the design of instructional material for instructor-led and Integrated Learning Environment (ILE) initiatives.
- →You will interpret and apply instructions and regulations for scheduling academic classroom instruction and practical laboratory training You will advise and guide participants on plans, schedules, methods, policies, and objectives.
- →You will advise supervisor on controversial issues with significant curriculum or program implications.
- →You will resolve potential training problems by identifying issues and proposing solutions or developing approaches to solve the problem.
- →You will develop plans that align maintenance system training with the needs of the organization and end users.
- →You will be able to assist with training development of other instructors and students.
