Click on "Learn more about this agency" button below for IMPORTANT additional information. The primary purpose of this position is: delivers tailored personnel recovery (PR) and SERE instruction to joint force personnel at high risk of capture and exploitation.
What You'll Do
- →DUTY 1: Delivers advanced specialized SERE training to students using a broad range of instructional methods, techniques, and tools drawn from approved lesson plans and guides.
- →DUTY 2: Develops personal lesson plans from approved instructor guides to support effective delivery of advanced specialized SERE training, ensuring alignment with course training plans (CTPs), security requirements, and established instructional techniques.
- →DUTY 3: Supports training administration by executing course activities in accordance with DoD, Joint Staff, and JPRA policies and guidance, the course training plan (CTP), and applicable SOPs, MOUs, and MOAs.
- →DUTY 4: Contributes to training development by supporting capability development efforts for new tactics, techniques, and procedures in PR/SERE skills.

- ✓ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This position is a Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel Systems (DCIPS) position implemented under Section 504, Title V of Public Law 99-569, Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1987, as codified in Sec 1601, Chap 83 of Title 10 United States Code which sets forth Air Force policies and procedures for DCIPS.
- ✓This position is in the Excepted Service.
