The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a Technical Training Instructor performing all technical training instructor classroom-related activities, supporting course curriculum development, modification, and/or revision efforts in enlisted initial skills, and/or supplemental Technical Training courses.
What You'll Do
- →Instructs students through assigned blocks of instruction at basic levels in the Air Traffic Control courses.
- →Critical Acts as the SME for Air Traffic Control course materials to help ensure they meet career field training requirements.
- →CriticalPlans, develops, executes, and evaluates a comprehensive and effective training program.
- →Maintains professional and technical proficiency and accomplishes special projects related to specialty area, to include staff surveillance visits to various training activities.
