The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the senior Training and Curriculum Specialist providing the pedagogical and instructional leadership for Child Development Programs and Youth Centers, ensuring programs comply with standards outlined by Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force (AF), and National Accreditation organizations.
What You'll Do
- →Plans and directs an all inclusive curriculum for children birth to 5 years of age and plan and direct positive youth development for youth 6 to 18 years of age that promotes school readiness and support ongoing life success.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Represents 374th Force Support Squadron with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
