What You'll Do
- →Serving as a Training Admissions Administrator GS-1712-11/12 makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) team and mission.
- →This position is located in the Office of the Associate Director for Training Ops (TOPS), Training Management Operations Directorate (TOPS/TMO), Training Resources Coordination Division (TOPS/TMO/TRC), Training Resources Analysis and Allocations Branch (TOPS/TMO/TRC/TRAAB), located in Glynco, Georgia.
- →The primary purpose of this position is to actively participate in the component's registration and allocation process.
- →This position services as a Training Admissions Administrator in support of eFLETC but primarily responsible for managing the training projections, allocations, and registration for all state, local, rural, tribal, territorial, and federal agencies.
- →Typical duties include: Analyzing projection and allocation information to prepare reports for the component's management to use in response to various inquiries.
- →Maintaining complex databases used for housing student training statistics.
- →Initiating open and ongoing communications with the component's management and agencies regarding their training needs and to project and allocate students for the upcoming fiscal year.
- →Recommending appropriate programs to meet the training needs for officers.

- ✓Education must be accredited by an accrediting institution recognized by the U.S.
- ✓Department of Education in order for it to be credited towards qualifications; applicant's resumes and supporting documentation should only reflect education received from schools accredited by such institutions.
