About the Position: The National Capital Region (NCR) Network Office is located at 6000 MacArthur Blvd in Bethesda, MD. Eligible for situational telework, including emergency and OPM prescribed "Unscheduled Telework".
What You'll Do
- →Integrate Health Informatics Technology (HIT) applications into trainings.
- →Provide guidance to analysts and trainers regarding modifications to existing training plans and materials.
- →Develop training programs by reviewing systems, lesson plans, instructional materials, program evaluations, and participant outcomes.
- →Present HIT education content and compliance briefs to Network leaders and other stakeholders.
- →Provide plans, assessments, and analysis of the mission to ensure Implementation and Sustainment of the program's quality and effectiveness.
- →Perform HIT issue analysis to identify knowledge gaps.
- →Generate functional guidance to aid issue resolution.
- →Identify, analyze, and develop new business practices and policies.
