What You'll Do
- →Serves as the subject matter expert overseeing and developing technical and quality concepts within Financial Management, Order Fulfillment, Planning, Procurement, and Technical/Quality (TQ) Process Teams.
- →Provides guidance to internal and external stakeholders by communicating findings and process improvement recommendations to a diverse audience.
- →Analyzes and evaluates enterprise-wide aspects of Technical Quality process performance and policy effectiveness and their interrelationship with other process initiatives throughout the agency.
- →Monitors and evaluates implementation of accepted proposals for improving Key Performance metrics, and other process performance data for Technical Quality functional process areas.
- →Identifies and defines functional training requirements to develop training materials and provide subject matter expertise.
