The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the 82nd Training Wing Faculty Development Flight.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Faculty Development instructors ensuring that initial skills/supplemental/advanced training complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Instructs students through assigned blocks of instruction at basic or advanced levels.
- →Researches, develops, revises and recommends updates to Faculty Development course materials in accordance with established learning objectives.
- →Represents the Faculty Development Flight with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
