The primary purpose of this position is to serve in a supervisory capacity, providing planning, directing, organizing of law enforcement operations and clerical duties, while exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the 733 Security Forces Squadron.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the administrative section, ensuring that support services complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- →Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and support services objectives.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
- →Selects or recommends selection of candidates for vacancies, promotions, details, and reassignment in consideration of skills, qualifications, and mission requirements.
- →Represents the squadron) with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with other section supervisors.
- →Plans, organizes, and provides a variety of services in support of all operative elements of the 733 Security Forces Squadron (SFS).
- →Interprets instructions, regulations and policies and develops and implements working procedures lA W those instructions, regulations and policies.
