About the Position: Leads supply operations by analyzing processes, managing inventory, resolving discrepancies, and guiding staff to ensure accurate, efficient clinic logistics at the Army Health Clinic Wiesbaden in Wiesbaden, Germany.
What You'll Do
- →Analyze supply operations to develop plans and procedures for improving processes or correcting deficiencies.
- →Prepare local instructions for individual supply functions or develop technical instructions impacting overall supply support.
- →Provide guidance and assistance on supply operations to clinic personnel.
- →Schedule and execute inventories/audits of supplies in the warehouse to identify discrepancies and adjust records to assure accuracy.
- →Serve as the subject matter expert for Property Book and Capital Expense Equipment Program and purchases.
- →Provide technical direction, assign tasks, and ensure work is completed in compliance with established procedures and instructions.
