You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TRAINING INSTRUCTOR (NAVIGATION) within SURFACE WARFARE OFFICERS SCHOOL.
What You'll Do
- →You will ensure timely performance of a satisfactory amount and quality of work.
- →You will verify status and progress of work and makes adjustments in priorities based on productivity or changing needs.
- →You will instruct employees in specific tasks and job techniques and provides training in evolving instructions procedures and Fleet functions and processes.
- →You will check on work in progress or spot checks work not requiring review and reviews completed work to see that instructions on work sequence, procedures, methods, and deadlines have been met.
