The primary purposes of this position are: To serve as a first level supervisor providing planning and direction to, organizing work for, and exercising control over assigned nonsupervisory subordinate employees.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the 359 Training Squadron Det 1 Aircraft Structural Maintenance (ASM), ensuring that the courses taught comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Develops and/or revises lesson plans and training materials.
- →Instructs students through assigned blocks of instruction at basic and/or advanced technical/administrative levels.
- →Represents the 359 Training Squadron Det 1 Aircraft Structural Maintenance (ASM) Flight with a variety of installation and functional area organizations and works on special projects as directed.
