Click on "Learn more about this agency" button below to view Eligibilities being considered and other IMPORTANT information. The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of 1 Special Operations Force Support Squadron, ensuring geographically separated Child Development and Youth Programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities across geographically separated Training and Curriculum Specialists within Child and Youth Programs.
- →Represents installation and functional area organizations.
- →Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with installations Family Advocacy, Medical Advisors, Fire, Safety and Health at 3 different locations.
- →Develop local special needs supports based on flight wide needs.
- →Act as lead on behalf of the Child and Youth Flight to chair the required Medical Advisor and team of experts to review each special need request for care.
