You will serve as a Supervisory Strategic Targeting Officer in the Department of the Navy of NCIS. All Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) positions are in the excepted service. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.
What You'll Do
- →You will directs the overall CI Targeting Program, establishing the strategic goals, priorities, and major projects to be pursued.
- →You will plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
- →You will serve as the senior technical authority and final arbiter on the administration and execution of the CI Targeting Program, providing authoritative guidance on the most complex and controversial programmatic issues.
- →You develop and implement new policies and procedures for the program, ensuring the integration of the agency's strategic goals into the day-to-day management of targeting operations You will represent DON/NCIS and the CI Targeting Program at the highest levels with senior officials within DON, of other federal agencies, foreign governments, and private industry.
