The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Doctrine and Lessons Learned Branches. What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Doctrine and Lessons Learned Branch ensuring doctrine and lessons learned activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
- →Represents Doctrine and Lessons Learned Branch with a variety of Division and Directorate functional area organizations.
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Doctrine and Lessons Learned Branch by translating strategy and policy guidance into management actions to ensure mission accomplishment.
