What You'll Do
- →Supervisory positions will perform bio-psychosocial evaluations, using expert knowledge of general and specific concepts, principles, procedures, and practices relating to psychological counseling.
- →Supervisory positions will provide individual and group therapy, using various modalities as clinically indicated.
- →Supervisory positions will participate with other professional staff in providing emergency behavioral health services.
- →Supervisory positions will provide concise documentation of care and recommendations in patient’s medical record.
- →Supervisory positions will supervise assigned professional and paraprofessional employees, military personnel, federal civilian employees, and provides technical oversight to contract employees.
- →Supervisory positions will plan and organize work to be accomplished by subordinates.
- →Supervisory positions will identify developmental and training needs of employees.
