This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for DoD Sexual Assault Program Workforces to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: The Supervisory Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (Principal) (SAR WF) serves as the principal authority, strategic advisor and advocate to the Senior Commander for the Command's Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) Program.
What You'll Do
- →Act as the principal authority, strategic advisor, and advocate for the Sexual Harassment/ Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) Program and victims of sexual harassment, sexual assault, and associated retaliatory behaviors for the Commander.
- →Manage a Corps level SHARP Program servicing Soldiers and Family members, as well as Department of Army Civilians.
- →Administer the SHARP program to maintain a workplace environment that rejects sexual harassment and sexual assault and attitudes that promote such behaviors.
- →Formulate Command SHARP directives, prevention, education, and SHARP reporting and compliance requirements.
- →Oversee, manage, and establish procedural guidance for the SHARP hotline.
- →Support the commander with prevention activities, response coordination, case management, victim advocacy and training management.
- →Exercise the full range of supervisory duties for a diverse population.
