This is an Air Reserve Technician (ART) Officer position located at 514 AIR MOBILITY WING, with the military rank of O-6/Colonel, AFSC: 016R4. What You'll Do
- →Plan, organize, and oversee the activities of the Division.
- →Formulate program goals, plans, policies, and procedures and work plans dealing with the development and operation of command-wide Integrated Resilience/Airman and Family and Professional Development functions and activities.
- →Select candidates for subordinate non-supervisory positions and recommend selections for subordinate supervisory positions taking into consideration skills and qualifications and mission requirements.
- →Support the establishment and maintenance of effective working relationships with other coordinating organizations.
- →Serve as command advisor for all integrated resilience, communication and professional development programs.
