What You'll Do
- →This Supervisory Program Specialist position is located in the Office of the Administrator, Chief of Staff, Strategic Engagements Team (SET)Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
- →Manages the engagements, schedule, activities, and priorities for the ADM, DADM, and COS; develops and maintains relationships with key transportation security stakeholders; identifies and coordinates engagement opportunities; plans, coordinates, and executes internal and external meetings, trips, and visits with governmental, non-governmental, industry, and foreign counterparts.
- →Manages allocated resources (staff, budget, equipment) and has delegated authority to plan, design, and carry out related processes; directly supervises the Strategic Engagements team.
- →Exercises full supervisory authority over staffing, workload management, performance standards, training, discipline, and other personnel and organizational management responsibilities.
Requirements
- ✓You must possess U.S.
- ✓Citizenship or be a U.S.
- ✓You must have reached the minimum age (18) at the time of application.
- ✓You must complete a favorable Background Investigation (BI).
- ✓Selective Service registration is required.
- ✓You must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance.
- ✓Drug Alcohol Test Required Financial Disclosure Required (OG-450) Supervisory Probationary Period - Unless previously completed, you must satisfactorily complete a one-year supervisory probationary period to continue in this supervisory/managerial position.
