You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER (HOUSING DIRECTOR) in the FLEET AND FAMILY READINESS (N9), FAMILY HOUSING DEPARTMENT (N93) of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time.
What You'll Do
- →You will maintain effective working relations with various organizations affiliated with housing management.
- →You will develop and execute the operations and maintenance budget for assigned projects to accomplish the housing program objectives.
- →You will exercise supervision over all personnel in the branch for effectiveness of the program.
- →You will advise management on housing issues and concerns in order to provide suitable resolutions that comply with governing housing regulations and procedures.
- →You will participate in meetings (e.g., housing committees, tenant action groups, conferences, or similar housing groups) to provide feedback and input as the representative for the housing management staff.
- →You will oversee the development of program plans for technical cost, schedule and performance objectives.
