You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PREVENTION AND RESPONSE PROGRAM SPECIALIST in the Manpower and Reserve Affairs of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
What You'll Do
- →You will perform the administrative and human resource management functions relative to the staff supervised.
- →You will furnish employee assignments and a place of employment which is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm.
- →You will create, coordinate, and deliver briefs and training when required.
- →You will establish proactive controls to ensure budgetary objectives are met.
- →You will assess program effectiveness or the improvement of complex program and management processes and systems encompassing difficult and diverse functions or issues that affect critical aspects of the major programs of USMC.
