This position is located within the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Southeast Network (VISN 7), at the VA Augusta Health Care System (VAAHCS) in the Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Service. The incumbent is responsible for the development, coordination and ongoing management of a comprehensive and progressive SCI Therapy Program. This role operates independently of physician or primary care provider responsibilities and focuses on service leadership, clinical excellence and program oversight.
What You'll Do
- →**THIS POSITION IS ONLY OPEN TO CURRENT VA EMPLOYEES** The incumbent must meet all requirements for a staff Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist and have a minimum of four years of professional experience, including at least two years in a supervisory capacity within SCI rehabilitation.
- →Ensures patient evaluation, communication, and treatment planning reflect individualized care and engages family/support systems when appropriate.
- →Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm Telework: Not available.

Requirements
