About the Role
This position is located within the Billings Area Indian Health Service, Northern Cheyenne Service Unit, Lame Deer, MT. The purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive administrative management assistance to the Director of Nursing and provide daily clinical oversight of the Nursing program. The position reports to the Director of Nursing. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).
What You'll Do

- →Develop and monitors performance improvement activities related to the Nursing branch.
- →Conducts employment interviews and provides new employee orientation.
- →Oversee staffing schedule for the Nursing Branch.
- →Oversees department supplies, request, approvals, and orders.
- →Guides projects and plans short and long term developments related to program needs.
- →Actively works with Service Unit administration to accomplish Service Unit goals.
Requirements
