This position is part of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. The incumbent will be responsible for serving as the DoD authority and subject matter expert on nuclear weapons stockpile reporting policies and accounting procedures.
What You'll Do
- →As a SUPERVISORY NUCLEAR LOGISTICS STOCKPILE SPECIALIST at the GS-0301-14 some of your typical work assignments may include: Serve as the DoD authority and subject matter expert on nuclear weapons stockpile reporting policies and accounting procedures.
- →Act as the JS J36 and OASD (ND-CBD) representative and spokesperson for establishing nuclear weapon reporting policy and guidance.
- →Direct Presidential guidance implementation for nuclear deterrent distribution across Military Services.
- →Plan, organize, and direct the operations of the Defense Stockpile Management System (DSMS) software application development team.
- →Serve as a nuclear stockpile action officer, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and accountability.
