Air Reserve Technicians are full-time civilian employees who are also members of the Air Force Reserve unit in which they are employed. In addition to their civilian assignments, they are assigned to equivalent positions in the Reserve organization with a Reserve military rank or grade. Appointee's civilian assignments will consist of the following duties.
What You'll Do
- →Additionally, provides training to reservists in the accomplishment of tasks set forth herein.
- →The incumbent also performs duties of an aircrew officer on flying status..
- →DUTY 1: Manages the unit flight training program for aircrew members.
- →DUTY 2: Prepares course materials for presentation to instructors and flight examiners.
- →DUTY 3: Performs supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →DUTY 4: As required, flies as an aircrew member.
Requirements
