The primary purpose of this position is To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organization, and exercising control over nonsupervisory technicians assigned to an Operations section.
What You'll Do
- →Performs first level supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Plans, organizes, directs, and oversees program and resource management activities.
- →Provides mission-tailored meteorological products and services.
- →Represents weather unit in a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Conducts meteorological watch to maintain situational awareness of the location, intensity, movement, and development of significant weather features that could impact supported air and ground missions.
