What You'll Do
- →Serves as a senior consultant with the ADC of Consulting Service in evaluating and making recommendations concerning overall plans and proposals for recruitment, staffing, and placement for HR support for the Decennial hiring.
- →Evaluates the needs of the Regional Census Centers (RCC) recruitment and placement activities.
- →Uses a high degree of technical skill, develops the overall plans, procedures, and operating methods for the staffing, recruitment and placement of excepted jobs in the Bureau’s six RCCs in support of Census 2030.
- →Directs the hiring, placement, and training of the Bureau’s Human Resources Specialists who support the RCC.
- →Coordinates and integrates ongoing hiring program activities with other HRD branches and staff.
- →Analyzes problems and determines appropriate corrective measures and develops new or improved techniques to improve program effectiveness.
