What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes and directs installation activities impacting Employee Management Relations (Performance Management and Discipline), Monetary, Honorary and Time-Off Awards, and Allowances and Entitlement programs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Represents the Employee Management Relations (Performance Management and Discipline), Monetary, Honorary and Time-Off Awards, and Allowances and Entitlement programs with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Prepares written correspondence and other documents.
