What You'll Do
- →As a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Processing Unit), GS-0201-13 you will perform the following duties: Develop, plan, direct, and administer HROC's Processing Unit.
- →Establish and maintain effective relationships with ICE program offices and create, promote, and maintain a constructive and collaborative working environment.
- →Ensure employees within the Processing Section follow applicable laws and Office of Personal Management (OPM) regulations, as well as DHS, and ICE policies and procedures.
- →Provide administrative and technical advice to staff, as necessary, for accomplishing the work of the Processing Section.
- →Advise management on the impact of changes to statutory or regulatory responsibilities and recommend appropriate action to reduce the impact on ICE program offices.
