About the Role
This position is located in the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation's (PBGC), Office of Operations (OO), Human Resources Department (HRD), Customer Relations and Business Analytics Division (CRBAD).
What You'll Do
- →The candidate selected for this position will: Serve as a senior advisor to the Director, Human Resources Department (HRD) on HRD strategy management initiatives, policy and directives.
- →Establish vital and fluid relationships with high level internal and external partners such as OPM and Department of Labor.
- →Obtain, analyze, and organize data necessary for reporting to external entities.
- →Prepare responses and action plans for the Director, HRD and work with HRD Division Managers to implement recommendations.
- →Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work; develop performance standards and evaluate work performance of subordinates.
